minePOI respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles your data, in compliance with applicable privacy laws including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR.

minePOI does not collect or transmit any personal data. All data — including saved coordinates, screenshots, notes, and world names — is stored locally on your device.

3. Optional iCloud Sync

If you choose to enable iCloud synchronization (optional, and planned for future versions), your data will be stored securely in your personal iCloud account managed by Apple Inc. minePOI does not access or transmit your iCloud data to any external servers.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

minePOI processes data (if any) based on the following lawful bases:

• To provide core app functionality (performance of a contract);
• With user consent (e.g., enabling iCloud sync).

minePOI does not use analytics services, advertising, or third-party SDKs that collect data.
